HMI China program team is looking for a high value contributor to drive future generation ebeam product development, develop use cases and ensure successful business. This position will be responsible for the development and roll-out of e-beam products.
Role and responsibilities
Translate the Product Roadmap into a Product Development Plan
Use the Product Roadmap as input for the master planSet up the project organizationCreate detailed timeline and budgetDefine key milestones and deliverablesEnsure proper staffing to ensure delivery.Actively manage the realization of the Product Development Plan
Allocate work among the team in logical and efficient manner; ensures proper communicationPro-actively and intuitively identify potential bottlenecks, develop alternative scenarios, focus on meeting the overall timelineActively measure progress against planning and budget on a weekly, or, if needed, daily basis; quickly adapt as neededDrive operational excellence through chairing the “Product Team Meeting” with participants from all sectorsDrive product delivery from end to end by ensuring product quality, value and supply meet spec and market demandManage system inter-dependenciesManage priorities between projectsEscalate issues timely when requiredEducation and experience
Master degree in electrical engineering, physics, electron optics, IC manufacturing, or process technology related fields.Relevant technical background as well as 10+ years’ experience in program/project management in the capital equipment or related industries.Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.Skills
