Job Responsibilities

Lead a cross-disciplinary Agile development team, consisting of Software Engineers, Quality Assurance Analysts, Automation Engineers, and Product OwnersParticipate in architecture and design sessions to help build new features into the platformGuide the personal and professional development of all team members and specialtiesCollaborate with business stakeholders and the product management team to develop our long-term roadmap for the platformHire and retain talented software professionals across various functional areasInteract with other technical stakeholders to ensure our CI/CD workflow performs efficientlyEstablish and monitor application performance goals and monitoring

Qualifications and Skills

At least 5 years of prior experience as a software leader for Senior Manager positionHigh energy, proactive and approachable personality who enjoys solving diverse problemsStrong oral and written communication skillsComplete understanding of Scrum, architecture concepts and terminologyKnowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, or other cloud technologiesKnowledge of object oriented languages such as Java and/or C#Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks, including React, Vue etc.Knowledge of relational database systems such as MySQL, Oracle or SQL Server
