Description Job Posting: Freelance Product Development & Production Coordinator (Maternity Leave Coverage) We’re seeking a freelance Product Development & Production Coordinator to assist the Sr. Manager of Product Development and Production during maternity leave coverage. The role will involve a variety of tasks, including: Key Responsibilities: + Track, receive, and distribute packages + Run and distribute order reports to vendors for WIP setup and PO revisions + Review weekly WIP reports to ensure timely deliveries + Assist with PO updates and liability management + Seasonal setup in PLM, Blue Cherry, and Tracking Charts + Receive and confirm bulk trim cards + Update packaging in BOMs + Weekly check-ins with Sr. Manager Requirements This is a temporary freelance position to ensure the team stays on track during maternity leave.
