Product Development Resource Planning Analyst

Position is full-time, HYBRID, and requires employees adapt a hybrid schedule. Minimum requirement is three days per week in Dearborn PDC office.

This position encompasses ownership responsibility for all PD- North America Graduate Programs and is highly collaborative. Position entails; day-to-day management of FCG, Intern, Co-Op, and PD Leadership Programs. Ideal candidate must enjoy working with, mentoring, and learning from others. Although new to the team and unfamiliar with position responsibilities, preferred candidate must be fearless and possess a willingness to jump right in. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience requiring comparable skill set 2+ years experiece with Profecency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat  Excellent communication and people skills Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively Strong diligence and organizational skills Adaptability to changing business demands and capacity to perform at an elevated level in a fast-paced working environment Ability to work under minimal supervision, plan and prioritize workload Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with all levels of leadership Quickly learn to use people management software systems, e.g., HCM, Workforce Dashboard, Life@ford, IM2NE/IM1ne payroll

This position is a range of salary grades 7-8.

Establish total size for upcoming year programs aligned to corporate priorities. Draft hiring target proposal by organization, garner alignment with HR / Functional business partners, seek final senior leadership approval Prepare materials and facilitate reviews with Senior Leadership Position number creation, and distribution to HR and cross-functional business partners Employee onboarding, orientation, off-boardings, and HCM position management  Maintain expert files for active graduate program participants Daily support for questions, guidance, and resolution of issues  Implement best practice solutions and streamline processes to reduce waste  Conduct quarterly survey (via SAM) to ensure roster remains aligned to reality of placement and employee status  Ensure highest level of Workforce Dashboard data integrity related to positions and attributes Mentor/teach empowerment principles to new employees so they can be self-sufficient Draft and present materials to all levels of leadership Lead PDLP Advisory board meetings with senior leadership  Coordinate program rotations for candidates as required Process off program FCG promotions, draft offer letters, and align with HR business partner Partner with FCG steering committee for co-leading advisory board, FCG events Business owner of FCG handbook including on-going updates, senior leadership endorsement and republication Lead and support graduating Co-ops’ pursuit for FCG and direct fulltime positions Create offer letters, facilitate conversions from supplemental to fulltime, calculate adjusted Ford Service Date Manage/support Co-op placement, onboarding/offboarding, and rotations Manage HCM new hire onboarding journey and all email communications with Co-ops, People Leaders, Mentors Ensure completion of end of work term KU Survey, Ford Evaluation and Exit Checklist; submission of stipends and pay increases Realign expectations for day-to-day support to eliminate non-value add work On-going position attribute management and HR/BO partner support for position Support talent management initiatives within the organization Ensure compliance with employment labor laws
