YOUR ROLE Fully manage and lead product analysis and testing while documenting progress and results in the LIM systems Provide technical support to customer and analyze results after product release Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations Actively participate in scientific publications and forums & present technical work internally and externally Collaborate & support, product management, production and sourcing teams to develop new products and nurture current product lines through product development process Effectively communicate with stakeholders and leverage their feedback to optimize processes towards customer requirements 5-10% of traveling is requirred for that role YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Materials Science or equivalent, from four-year college or university. Masters or Ph.D. preferred. Ideally three to five years related experience in chemistry industry and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Able to work with light supervision on a defined project and manage multiple project activities. Able to set up experiments and perform standard characterization testing on formulations. Selected candidate will be On Site 5 days per week.

The salary for this role is $85,000.00 - $110,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
