As the Product Director for Broadridge Regulatory Communications, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing our product strategy to meet customer needs while staying ahead of market competition. In this role, you will evaluate and enhance current and future product lines, introduce new products, and drive successful market launches. Your strategic vision will guide product development from concept through execution, including pricing, marketing, and operational requirements. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work remote. Key Responsibilities: + Identify and assess customer needs and evaluate market competition. + Recommend the nature and scope of product lines by reviewing specifications and appraising new product ideas or changes. + Bring new products to market by analyzing requirements, preparing ROI analyses, and coordinating with engineering and manufacturing on timelines. + Develop integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production teams to successfully launch and market new products. + Determine product pricing and complete operational requirements Requirements: + Apply theoretical knowledge to achieve goals through individual work. + Provide specific functional expertise, typically gained through formal education. + Potentially manage projects using technical expertise. + Possess specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise. + Interpret business issues and recommend best practices to address complex problems. + Work independently, with guidance needed only in complex situations. + May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements and complexity. + Understand and apply procedures within your discipline, with basic knowledge of other disciplines. + Interpret business challenges to recommend improvements for products, processes, or services. + Solve complex problems with innovative and analytical solutions. + Communicate complex concepts and negotiate with others to reach a consensus. Qualifications: + BA or MBA preferred + 6-7 years of experience in the asset management industry. + Prior product management experience preferred. Salary range $150,000.00- $160,000.00 Bonus Eligible.
