Product Director, WXP Channel Partners
**Job Summary** * This role will be responsible for the end-to-end product strategy, development, and execution of features tailored to our channel partners. This includes managing the product lifecycle of partner-facing features, owning the end-to-end partner onboarding experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the overall partner journey. The ideal candidate will be a product-centric leader with experience designing and building solutions that meet the unique needs of channel partners and enhance their overall experience. You will work very closely with cross-functional GTM partners to ensure that the partner experience is seamless, valuable, and scalable. Our Workforce Experience software platform is at the forefront of optimizing digital experiences in the workplace, comprising multiple modules designed to enhance workforce productivity and employee engagement. **Responsibilities** * Build a roadmap and dedicated value for the channel partner customer * Develop and execute the long-term product strategy for our channel partners, including defining the partner experience, identifying new product features, and ensuring alignment with company goals for growth and retention. * Lead the development of partner-centric features from ideation to execution. Work closely with engineering, design, and other product teams to prioritize, build, and launch high-impact features that optimize the partner experience, and enable the success of our partners, driving their growth and satisfaction. * Own the product lifecycle for all partner-facing touchpoints, including onboarding, management tools, integrations, reporting, and performance tracking. Ensure that each phase of the partner journey is seamless, efficient, and valuable. Continuously improve the partner experience based on feedback and performance metrics. * Partner with Go-to-Market teams to drive alignment on product offerings and ensure smooth execution of partner-facing initiatives. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure product features are clearly communicated and support overall go-to-market strategies. * Manage, mentor, and grow a team of product professionals. Provide guidance and foster a collaborative team culture focused on high-impact results and professional development. * Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the partner strategy, including partner satisfaction, growth, engagement, and retention. * Provide insights and recommendations for evolving the partner product offering in alignment with market shifts. **Education & Experience** **Recommended** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience. * 10+ years of professional experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company * 5+ years of product management experience at high growth software companies * Proven experience managing and growing a product team, with strong leadership and mentorship capabilities. * Strong understanding of the full partner lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing engagement and retention. * Ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to drive impactful partner initiatives. * A customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering value to partners and ensuring their success. * Data-driven decision maker with experience in using analytics to inform product development and assess feature performance. * Excellent leadership skills with experience managing a product team and fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture. * Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Startup experience a plus * DEX experience a plus **Disclaimer** * This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role. The base pay range for this role is $146,650 to $234,600 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).
