Product Director, WXP Core Platform

About the position: 

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Director of Product Management to own the strategy, development, and execution of all core platform functionality of WXP - including but not limited to tenant management, onboarding experience, notifications, and commerce enablement. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining and leading the vision for the end-to-end platform functionality, driving innovation to create seamless, user-friendly experiences for our customers. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure that key platform capabilities are delivering value and creating differentiation for our product. You will lead a strong, experienced team of senior leaders, modeling the HP Way practices of leadership to build a culture of purpose and integrity, ambition and agility, customer-first approach, and a growth mindset. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Develop and execute the long-term product strategy for platform capabilities, including defining the E2E experience, identifying new product features, and ensuring alignment with company goals for growth and retention. 

Lead the development of core platform features from ideation to execution. Work closely with engineering, design, and other product teams to prioritize, build, and launch high-impact features that optimize the customer experience, and enable the success of our customers, driving their growth and satisfaction. 

Own the product lifecycle for all customer-facing touchpoints, including onboarding, management tools, integrations, reporting, and performance tracking. Ensure that each phase of the customer onboarding journey is seamless, efficient, and valuable. Continuously improve the customer experience based on feedback and performance metrics. 

Partner with Go-to-Market teams to drive alignment on product offerings and ensure smooth execution of product initiatives. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure product features are clearly communicated and support overall go-to-market strategies. 

Manage a team of senior leaders, mentor and grow a team of product professionals. Provide guidance and foster a collaborative team culture focused on high-impact results and professional development. 

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the Integrations strategy. 

Education and Experience: 

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience. 

10+ years of product management experience at high growth software companies 

Proven experience managing and growing a product team, with strong leadership and mentorship capabilities. 

Data-driven decision maker with experience in using analytics to inform product development and assess feature performance. 

Excellent leadership skills with experience managing a product team and fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture. 

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions. Capable of influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The base pay range for this role is $164,350 to $246,600 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
