The Product Director will report into the Director, CAR-T Commercial Ops Business Strategy and have the unique opportunity to shape and execute a commercial strategy focused on CARVYKTI certified treatment center network expansion. This Product Director will be responsible for adapting the current operational business strategy to enhance institutional capacity and identify opportunities for network expansion into additional channels. This role is going to partner closely with cell therapy experience marketing team to identify and deliver capabilities and resources to support site certification process while addressing key barriers to site certification. The Product Director will also work with multiple functions including Alliance Partners, CAR-T Cell Therapy Experience Marketing, Sales, Business Analytics, Medical Affairs, Global, Strategic Customer Group (SCG), and outside vendors to effectively execute key commercial business operational activities. This position will also lead process improvements and transformation initiatives and therefore requires the ability to influence cross functional teams and work in close partnership with senior leaders to align key projects with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute network expansion strategies focused on current certified treatment center and additional sites/channels to achieve treatment center goals for CARVYKTIManage evaluation and assessment of internal and external capabilities, structures, processes, etc. to expand site activation and determine path forward.Develop innovative tools to drive Treatment Center activation and maximize Treatment Center productivity by streamlining operationsShaping innovation certification approaches for expansion into new channels.
