THE JOB:
The Product Domain Manager will lead the strategy, development, and launch of innovative products within a specific domain of our business. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure a seamless user experience and drive business growth.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Define the product vision and roadmap for your assigned domain, which is aligned with MGM Resorts' overall business goals.

Conduct market research and user analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities.

Develop and prioritize product features based on data-driven insights.

Lead the product development process from concept to launch; including defining requirements, working with designers and engineers, and managing timelines and budgets.

Track and measure product performance using key metrics and iterate based on user feedback and data analysis.

Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product adoption.

Stay up to date on industry trends and technologies relevant to your domain.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

8+ Years of product management with success in launching and scaling digital products.

5+ Years of working with an agile product team building consumer-facing software.
