The hiring company specializes in precision gear and shaft manufacturing delivering top-notch products and innovative solutions to clients in various industries. This position will be responsible for understanding all customer print and technical requirements, consulting with customers on technical matters, and developing parts for manufacturing. The role will require strong technical knowledge of gear and shaft manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including purchasing, production, and sales.
