Job Description The Product Engineer will play a crucial role in the development, optimization, and implementation of our PV harness, cable, and MV wire products. Working closely with Quality Engineers, Design Engineers, Estimators, Sales, Project Management, Testing Laboratories, Construction Site Crews, O&M Technicians, Logistics, Production, and various industry experts across the United States, Europe, and Asia, the successful candidate will ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability. - Collaborate with Design Engineers to develop and refine product specifications and designs, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer requirements. - Work alongside Quality Engineers to implement rigorous testing protocols and quality control measures, ensuring products meet or exceed quality expectations. - Engage with Estimators and Sales teams to provide technical support, product knowledge, and engineering insights that aid in the preparation of bids and proposals. - Coordinate with Project Management and Construction Site Crews to ensure smooth product integration and address any on-site technical challenges. - Partner with Testing Laboratories to conduct necessary product testing, certifications, and validations required for market entry and compliance. - Assist O&M Technicians with technical support and guidance on product installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. - Work with Logistics and Production teams to streamline manufacturing processes and ensure timely delivery of products. - Build and maintain relationships with various industry experts and stakeholders across the United States, Europe, and Asia to stay abreast of market trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging feedback from clients and industry partners to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction. role with require the occasional late meeting due to time zone differences between the US and China to converse with manufacturing teams overseas.
