Description:
Responsible for updating parts designs, and new products
Responsible for troubleshooting customers’ equipment setups in the field, assisting in equipment setups, providing educational training on how to repair products, troubleshooting technical problems with host equipment, and diagnosing, analyzing, and repairing
Design/update top-cap/bracket drawings per changes in host equipment, and design change analysis
Troubleshoots/diagnosis breakers and attachment tools to maximize operational results in the field.
Reviews and monitors all warranty claims for proper administration
Creates technical manuals and performs customer training
Retrofitting and re-design of existing drawings
Liaison with Engineers on new product changes or issues
Ensures inventory records are kept updated and provides CSRs with details on new parts to be added.
Maintains, digitizes, and re-engineers’ legacy data, designs, and information
Sales and customer liaison to ensure proper equipment fit.
Researches and analyzes data such as customer equipment needs, specifications, and manuals to determine the feasibility of design and/or application
Skills:
mechanical, solidworks, inventor
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must haves-
Associate’s degree (A.S.) or equivalent; or 2 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
2 - 4 years experience
Autocad Inventor
Nice to haves-
Construction machinery
Hydraulic experience
