Job Description

Expertise of compressor product who have the knowledge on compressor working principle, part performance, capability to support cost down project from application, design validation point of view.

Job Responsibilities

• Support cost reduction project from product related.
• Evaluating concepts, simulation and test results to incorporate them into system and product optimizations.
• Documenting design approvals and validations.
• Design to cost and manufacturing with strong commercial focus.
• Using simulation and calculation tools for design improvements.
• Presenting and driving your ideas through the organization.
• Develop products with focus on quality cost and time with the necessary tools.

Background & Skills

• Bachelor and/or Master in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Thermodynamics or a similar education combined with a technical background, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent and comprehensive English skills is also a must
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Mechanical, Innovation and/or Technology
• Practical experience with Innovation, Development, verification and validation of Mechanical product solutions and systems
• Practical experience with product design optimize for cost down or quality improve
• Compressor R&D experience is a plus
