Position Summary This position, based in Hong Kong, is responsible for designing portable lighting products and managing product development for lighting projects. Responsibilities Universal Accountabilities Design lighting products by using Solidworks 3D design software. Manage new lighting projects following product development process. Provide design improvement solutions for existing products. Collaborate with cross functional teams including Procurement, Marketing, Quality and TPMs. Support TPMs in improving their product design capabilities. Conduct competitive product research analysis. Specific Accountabilities Conduct mechanical design for lighting products to meet performance requirements. Manage the product development process from project approval to Pilot run completion. What we are looking for Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Minimum 3 years of working experience in product design. Proficiency in Solidworks or other 3D software for product design. Good writing and oral communication skills in English and Chinese (Oral in Mandarin and Cantonese) Preferred Skills and Experience Knowledge of lighting product design. Come join us!
