Job Title: Product Engineer
Job Description

Design and modify equipment to meet company and industry standards utilizing experience, engineering knowledge, and tools such as Inventor and other software.

ResponsibilitiesDesign and modify mechanical components and equipment to meet company and industry standards.Utilize engineering knowledge and tools such as Inventor and other software for product development.Manage product engineering projects from conception through completion.Develop solutions and new products to expand the company's portfolio.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and implementation.Essential SkillsProficiency in design and mechanical design.Experience in product engineering and project management.Proficiency with AutoCAD and Inventor software.Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent training as approved by Engineering Director and Human Resources Director.Up to five years of relevant experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Work Environment

This position is typically located in an office setting and requires sitting and standing for long periods of time. The role necessitates domestic travel and requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp and visual acuity to use a keyboard and operate standard office equipment. The position also requires the ability to express or exchange ideas through both oral and written communication. Work hours are from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $48.08
