The role of the ETO Product Engineer is to evaluate the customer’s order and develop the necessary engineering data in support of the HPump system requirements. Key aspects for this role include the evaluation of the application, the proper selection of materials and equipment, and the subsequent development of all engineering drawings and the bill of materials necessary to support the HPump fabrication.
As an ETO Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Evaluating pump applications to ensure compatibility with fluids and pressuresDeveloping engineering drawings and bill of materials in support of Engineer to Order (ETO) product designsProvide support to cross functional team members regarding the technical aspect pertaining to the HPump equipmentConducting engineering calculations and run simulations to ensure safe applications of HPump equipmentWorking with field technicians on applications of new technologiesTroubleshooting equipment and participating in Failure Analysis teamsWorking with vendors and customers to resolve HPump related issuesProviding technical documentation to support HPump productSeeking out and implementing methods to reduce cost and improve productAiding in the development of designs for HPump ordersTracking project milestones and deliverables and participating in various agency auditsEstablishing and maintaining professional communications with customers

To be successful in this role you will have:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited college or universityMinimum 3 - 5 years of experience in an Engineering positionExtensive experience with SolidWorks 3D CAD softwareExperience with 3D FEA simulation software and associated engineering calculationsProficiency in multiple MS Office applicationsDemonstrated project management skillsProven analytical and organizational abilityEffective problem identification and solution skills
