Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Product Engineer to develop high-quality functionalities based on prioritized requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, experience in CI/CD frameworks, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.

Must-Have Skills: 6 - 8 years of experience working with product companies Strong expertise in software development and implementation Hands-on experience in unit testing, integration testing, and ensuring NFR compliance Deep understanding of coding standards, best practices, and guidelines Experience in design reviews, code reviews, and unit test reviews Exposure to CI/CD frameworks and implementation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in collaborating with product architects and cross-functional teams Good-to-Have Skills: Experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers Knowledge of modern software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices Key Responsibilities: Develop high-quality functionalities based on prioritized requirements Ensure quality deliverables by implementing unit testing, integration testing, and honoring NFRs Adhere to standards, guidelines, and coding best practices defined by the product team Collaborate with product architects to discuss and implement new product ideas Mentor and guide junior engineers in solving technical challenges Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and unit test reviews to maintain code quality Participate in team meetings, including planning, story grooming, stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies Take ownership of assigned modules/functionality and ensure timely delivery Identify, prioritize, and resolve bugs and technical issues proactively Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
