Currently, **ManTech** is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Product** **Engineer III** to join our team in supporting a large US Government program in the **Crane, IN.** **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Engineers apply the theories and principles of science and mathematics to research and develop economical solutions to technical problems. + Their work is the link between perceived social needs and commercial applications. + Engineers design products, machinery, implement improved ways to extract, process, and use raw materials, such as petroleum and natural gas, develop new materials that both improve the performance of products and take advantage of advances in technology. + Engineers analyze the impact of the products they develop or the systems they design on the environment and on the people using them. + In addition to design and development, many engineers work in testing, production, or maintenance by supervising production in factories, determining the causes of breakdowns, and the testing of manufactured products to maintain quality. + They also estimate the time and cost to complete projects. **Basic Qualifications:** + 7 years professional experience in engineering + Master’s level degree in any engineering discipline **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience supporting WXS (Airborne Electronic Attack Systems Division) **Clearance Requirements:** + US Citizen + Active Top-Secret Clearance **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% + Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. + The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
