Job Description
Analyze wafer production and test data, identify yield losses and/or potentials;Create and maintain product BOM and product lifecycle in PLM system such as Agile;Create MRB for non-conformance material disposition;Track, manage engineering inventory (wafer/assembly lots, finished goods etc);Support the definition of the ATE test plan (Final test, Wafer test);Perform Yield enhancement and Failure Analysis;Communication with cross functional teams to resolve production issues;Hold lot disposition based on technical assessment of test data;Support product qualification (HTOL, bHAST, ESD, LU etc.) and electrical parameter assessment (Characterization);Learn applicable standards and internal quality procedures;Resolve any issue during production that cannot be handled by Test Operations.
All critical activities are done under supervision at entry stage.
Qualifications
BSc degree in Electrical Engineering or other related disciplines Basic knowledge of Analog and Digital ElectronicsUnderstanding of IC manufacturing flow, technology, and methodologyBasic programming skills (Python, C#, VBA, R or similar)Knowledge of Statistical Data Analysis techniques Intermediate English both written and spokenGood communication skills and positive attitude.
Would be a plus:
Experience in Product Engineering or relevant field (Data Analysis, Test Engineering, Semiconductors)Knowledge of electrical parameters measurement techniquesUnderstanding of IC manufacturing flow, technology, and methodologyExperience with TIBCO Spotfire AnalystProject management skillsExperience with PLM tool in semiconductor industryCompany Description

Product Engineer ensures manufactured integrated circuits meet all necessary requirements before they reach the customer. You will perform variety of tasks to ramp up and sustain mass production of Mixed-signal and Power integrated circuits for industrial and automotive markets.
Also, you will be the Business Unit’s (BU) single point of contact for all engineering supply-related matters.
