Represent R&D to the customer, highlighting product results and roadmaps + Expertly solve customer issues to achieve desired targets. + Provide training and technical support to customers and field + Manage and grow team of engineers to work on critical customer and internal projects **Job Requirement:** + 15 years of experience, specifically in frontend and power analysis + Hands on experience with mainstream RTL power analysis tools a must + Physical implementation and flow knowledge a plus + Strong verbal and written communication skills; good presentation skills + Good problem solving and debugging skills + Attract and hire new talents from industry to augment the gaps in the organization. + Work closely with R&D/PM/AE teams on defining strategies related to product This position will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
