Job Purpose
Primary objective for this position will be primarily focused on generating and updating product labels and packaging configurations. Position will work closely with our design engineering team and production department to ensure that all packaging designs meet brand guidelines, are visually appealing, and adhere to industry standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
⦁ Create and update product labels and packaging designs according to company specifications.
⦁ Collaborate with the design team to develop new packaging concepts.
⦁ Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and packaging regulations.
⦁ Prepare and present design drafts for feedback and approval.
⦁ Modify and revise existing artwork based on product updates or feedback from stakeholders.
⦁ Work with production teams to ensure designs are print-ready and troubleshoot any production issues.
⦁ Assist with other graphic design tasks as needed (e.g., marketing collateral, digital graphics).
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Not a supervisory position, but this person is expected to provide guidance and coordinate the actions of Enersys Inc. employees and vendors to attain stated objectives.

Education and/or Experience
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred
Experience with Graphic Design software preferred
Language Skills
English at college level in both written and verbal skills
Mathematical Skills
High school level mathematics required.
Reasoning Ability
Root cause and abstract problem solving abilities
Computer Skills
Competency in Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Power Point), SolidWorks, Windchill and project planning software preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Basic knowledge of packaging design and printing processes is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
