Summary and Job Title:
The Artificial Intelligence Expert will play a pivotal role in leveraging AI technologies within our S/4HANA applications focusing on Financials, Controlling, Governance Risk and Compliance, and Global Trade Services. As the demand for advanced AI solutions grows, the integration and implementation of AI in these areas are crucial for enhanced decision-making, compliance adherence, and efficiency.
Key investment topics in this role include driving and defining AI-powered features and functionalities, improving business processes through intelligent data analysis, and optimizing using state-of-the-art AI techniques. By employing deep learning, machine learning, and predictive analytics, the role aims to bring innovation and sophistication to our AI landscape.
We are looking for a visionary and skilled AI Specialist to join our S/4HANA FIN&RISK Product Management team to spearhead the mentioned topics. The successful candidate will facilitate discussions and direction-setting with both internal stakeholders and external customers, analyzing technical architectures, business processes, and requirements.
Role Requirements and Experience:
We invite a passionate and highly experienced AI Specialist to lead pivotal AI enhancements and product capabilities within S/4HANA solutions related to Financials, Controlling, Governance Risk and Compliance, and Global Trade Services:
Driving AI integration and defining use cases to improve compliance and risk management. Enhancing global trade functionalities through predictive analytics and machine learning. Translating customer needs into actionable AI features and capabilities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams for end-to-end AI strategy and implementation.
The AI Specialist will transform market requirements and customer feedback into detailed product features, aligning with the comprehensive process management team. An executable product vision and strategy must be defined, resulting in a robust product roadmap that ensures customer adoption and stakeholder engagement.
Day-to-day tasks include defining product requirements, structuring the product backlog for accessibility by development teams, and empowering regional representatives with necessary tools, demos, and training materials for effective rollout of AI enhancements.
What you bring:
Ability to take ownership of customer problems and turn them into product solutions from concept through to requirements, design and delivery Overall experience of 12-15 years. Engage with customers and other stakeholders at all stages of the product lifecycle to ensure we are solving the right problems and building product our customer need Good overall knowledge around SAP’s product portfolio for Finance & Risk Experience in building intelligent scenarios along business processes Proven track record of building a product vision and then leading the execution of the vision by detailing roadmap and scoping in a particular product / solution area Very strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including ability to rapidly gather data, structure hypotheses, and develop synthesized findings/recommendation. Excellent verbal communication and board/executive level presentation skills
