The Product Group Manager, Digital Products develops and implements the strategic direction for Digital initiatives aligned with corporate strategy. As customers seek solutions for their financial needs, many customers rely on Huntington’s skilled banking and financial specialists to guide decisions on planning, products, and services. This role helps empower Digital customers seeking advice and guidance and drives technical solutions that connect the customer with the right Huntington colleague, when, where, and in what channel the customer chooses, in a highly targeted manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Product management ownership of Digital initiatives designed to help customers connect with Huntington bankers and specialists for financial and product consultation and guidance. Leads research to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and documents customer journeys that establish prioritized investments that create incremental value for our customers.Develops business cases to quantify incremental value and ROI. Identifies and sets priorities for product development/modifications, pricing, and product positioning. Partners with marketing and communications teams to promote products and services to customers and to support Huntington team members. Partners with data and analytics teams to develop metrics for performance measurement and ongoing optimization and monitoring.Maintains contact with clients and nurtures relationships with sales professionals, marketing areas, product managers, agile team members, and other bank personnel. Manages product group profitability and quality standards. Performs other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of product management experienceBachelor's DegreePreferred Qualifications:
Master’s degreeExperience with and a strong understanding of digital product managementProven analytical ability (data mining/manipulation, forecasting)Must have the appropriate financial management experience and analytical capability to translate hard data into strategic plansDemonstrated ability to quickly analyze situations and risks, determine paths of action, and execute flawlesslyExperience in product planning and management, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesExcellent skills with Excel and PowerPointCandid and concise communication skillsExcellent executive-level presentation skillsMust be savvy and passionate about driving results and innovation#LI-Hybrid

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
