Collins Aerospace is looking for an Electronics Project Engineer to work on the Engine Controls & Accessories (EC&A) Digital Controls product line team. The Product Health Engineer will work with a global team of engineers in Phoenix and Puerto Rico, on electronic control units for aerospace applications. The role will support the Operations life cycle from entry into service and production transition support. The role serves as a first line of defense in identifying recurring trends impacting our manufacturing lines. Furthermore, they will serve as a liaison between Operations and the Engineering community to communicate the yield drivers that would have the most impact to our manufacturing facilities. This requires managing discussions across functional fields such as Producibility, Quality, Design, and Operations. This is a fast-paced role which requires the regular monitoring of multiple products while leveraging resources to help drive corrective actions that will benefit all products. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills and works well in a team environment in which they can focus the conversation on our best methods to resolve complex recurring problems. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
