Senior Engineering Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate assigned aspects of a project. Each day, you will support in managing and executing the project by completing work packages as assigned. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project planning techniques on ongoing projects and driving the updating process.You will be mainly accountable for:1. Participate in the import plan of new products, assist in developing import strategies and schedules;2. Collect and organize product related information to ensure the accuracy and completeness of product information;3. Assist in tracking the progress of product import, coordinate resources from various departments, and ensure that the project progresses on time;4. Track and promote product maintenance and optimization projects to ensure timely completion of product updates.

Qualifications for the role

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in engineering management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related fields;2. Possess good data analysis skills and be familiar with using Excel or other data processing tools;3. English can be used as a working language;4. Possess good teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility and work enthusiasm, able to complete work tasks on time with quality and quantity guaranteed;5. Possess excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with different departments;6. Possess good learning and adaptability abilities, able to quickly grasp new knowledge and skills;7. Candidates with relevant internship or project experience are preferred.
