Product Industrialization Project Manager (m/w/d) – OHC

Philips Oral Healthcare (OHC) is seeking a Product Industrialization Project Manager (PIPM) to join the Product Industrialization Engineering (PIE) team.   The PIPM is responsible for the development and improvement of processes, tools, and equipment of the manufacturing systems, leading to predictable, reliable, stable and efficient production processes within PDLM.  This role is the pitcher of new product industrialization projects towards the manufacturing sites.



Your role:

Initiates and leads process development activitiesInitiates Capex optimization for initial investmentsEnsures adherence to the applicable process for product introductions, qualifications, and releaseInitiates Design for Lean Manufacturing in PDLM processesAccountable for Process Requirements based on Product Specifications from I&D and Manufacturing RequirementsApplies lean manufacturing principlesAccountable for design changes in Philips factories and at suppliers driven by PDLM governed projectsResponsible for resources, planning, quality, and cost (including Capex) for industrialization projects

The minimum annual salary according to the Austrian Collective Agreement is € 79.204,- /gross with the willingness to overpay. The actual annual target salary is in line with the market and will be determined depending on your qualifications and experience.

BS/MS degree in Engineering field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of R&D development processes and global Supply Chain operations processesStrong understanding of plastics and injection moldingDemonstrated success in working complex issues with cross-functional team members to effective resolutionDesign for manufacturing, assembly, and testabilityExcellent understanding of manufacturing process, equipment, and production linesOperational Excellence including Lean Manufacturing and problem solvingProject Management skills, PMP preferred
