**Product Insurance Lead Specialist**
**How does this role contribute to our collective success?**
The primary focus of this role will be to establish a framework and methodology to manage and report across a wide range of commercial insurance Products and Solutions. The framework will address the following.
+ Knowledge Management
+ Inventory of each Program
+ Product change Process in accordance with ISO and Proprietary form updates
+ Tracking and researching existing approvals and directing future Filings for each Program
+ ISO audits
An overall ability to report on the products employed for each Program is considered an integral component of AXIS’s ongoing program growth strategy in North America.
**What will you do in this role?**
+ Developing a system for cataloguing all program policy forms, creating a process to capture updates, identifying mandatory vs optional, and noting different requirements for Admitted vs Surplus Lines.
+ Cataloguing and summarizing all filings for each Program by line of business and state and responding to queries specific to that information.
+ Maintaining and updating underwriting manuals for each Program.
+ Performing annual rate & form audits for each Program.
+ Reviewing ISO circulars for pending rate and coverage changes that will impact each Program and notifying stakeholders appropriately.
+ Collaborating with the business to drive filing projects to completion. Working with relevant stakeholder departments to develop Product forms and obtain Actuarial and Financial reporting to support filing. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to respond to state Objections.
+ Maintain an ongoing list of open filing projects.
+ Tracking the status of Non-ISO Auto Adopt filings and monitoring Department decisions on whether to adopt.
You may also be required to take on additional duties, responsibilities and activities appropriate to the nature of this role.

**What you need to have:**
+ A minimum of 3+ years of Underwriting and Compliance or Audit experience in the admitted market.
+ History of working with ISO products and systems
+ Demonstrated use of working with Commercial Lines Underwriting manuals
+ State Filing experience
+ Understanding Property & Casualty insurance and relevant regulatory frameworks.
+ A proven ability to self-manage, work independently, and prioritize efficiently.
+ Exceptional attention to detail
+ Good organizational and time management skills, including effectively managing high levels of competing tasks
+ Strong communication and collaborative teamwork skills, with particular attention to service and responsiveness
+ A positive outlook with flexibility and willingness to learn and develop
+ Willingness to build relationships within AXIS and with distribution partners
+ Willingness to take on additional responsibilities/work and assist colleagues
**Role Factors:**
In this role, you will typically be required to:
+ Embrace the hybrid culture offered at AXIS; you need to typically be in office 3 days per week.
+ Much of the work involves using computers for data entry, analysis, and communication. Comfort with prolonged screen time is necessary.
+ Travel to offices for client meetings 5-10%
**What we offer:**
For this position, we currently expect to offer a base salary in the range of 75k-95k. Your salary offer will be based on an assessment of a variety of factors including your specific experience and work location.
