What you will do in your work

Role Overview:

As a AUKI-BOX Functional and Technical Leader, you will be responsible for squads in SCIB area developing new products in new architecture of back office processes.

IT Technical lead of the projectResponsible of design major technical solutions in a high-level complexity for Back office processesResponsible of Accounting / Financial and Settlements squadsProduct owners’ manager using a servant leadership style and leading by example, supporting in coordination role on technical sideLeader of cooperation with external technical teams, designing and validating integrated solutions

What we need

Experience in implementation / migration Back Office (Branch) downstream Systems on SCIB area on GBO/BOX applicationsFunctional and business knowledge of Accounting, Financial engine and Settlement processes (Swift, account, camara …)Experience consolidated in maintenance and support BackOffice functionalities E2EBusiness knowledge sufficient to understand all end user issues and needsTechnical knowledge to effectively collaborate with other technology teamsKnowledge of Financial markets products focused on derivatives (options, swap, ccs, cap …)Knowledge of Jira/Confluence tools and Agile MethodologiesAvailability for often business trips.

Education:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finances, Economics, Computer Science or Engineering.Spanish and fluent English.

Interpersonal skills:

Ability to work in a constantly changing environment under time and task pressure.Capability to take on a management role.Good communication skills - to work with developers on the one hand and business on the other, ability to explain your opinion and stand your ground when needed.Flexibility and adaptability, not being afraid of challenges.Ability to maintain a positive attitude.Interest in learning new technologies and in contribution to the Digital transformation.
