Summary of Position
Teladoc Health is seeking a Product Lead to own the strategy and execution for the General Medical (Urgent Care) and Primary360 (Primary Care) telehealth product lines. In this role, you will report to the Director of Product Management, Telehealth Solutions and will work with stakeholders to manage the roadmap and ensure we’re delivering enhancements to these product lines to improve the member, provider, and client experience. This is an opportunity to help provide better healthcare options for millions of people and you will have a direct impact on the care these members receive each day.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Teladoc Health General Medical and Primary Care 360 product lines.
Collaborate with business, commercial, clinical, and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities and solutions.
Develop a deep understanding of member, provider, and client needs to deliver great experiences and exceed stakeholder expectations.
Foster an environment that enables your cross-functional team to innovate, ask questions, learn quickly, and deliver extraordinary results.
Use customer feedback, market trends, business initiatives, and data analysis to inform product innovation.
Write clear and concise product briefs to align on strategy and deliver equally concise product requirements to lead teams through execution.
Present to executive leadership on the progress and outcomes of the product initiatives you are driving.

Qualifications Expected for Position
8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful products to market.
Experience building enterprise product solutions from concept through delivery (0 to 1).
Experience in the healthcare industry delivering consumer-facing virtual care or digital health products.
Strong proficiency in product management best practices and processes operating at large scale.
Ability to work in a matrixed organization and with an extensive cross functional team
Comfortable with ambiguous problems and situations. Experience in proactively making sense of complicated challenges with minimal direction or oversight.
Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills – highly skilled at articulating the “what, why, and how.” Strong executive presence.
The ability to work nimbly across multiple projects, with fast-paced, iterative product development cycles.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and negotiate trade-offs for optimal value delivery.
Adept at both giving and receiving feedback in an innovative teamwork-driven environment. Strong contributor to team culture and problem solving with peers.
Exceptional project management / organization skills, with superb attention to detail.
Bonus Qualifications
B2B2C experience – requires both a deep understanding of buyer/client needs and a passion for helping members with their healthcare journey.
Experience building telehealth products to facilitate care delivery.
Experience managing a P&L of product.
MBA preferred
The base salary range for this position is $165,000 - $185,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
