Product Liability Associate Attorney - Junior to Midlevel
PRODUCT LIABILITY ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Locations: California (San Diego, Los Angeles) or Washington (Seattle)

 

Our client, a highly regarded AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join its nationally ranked Product Liability Practice Group in one of its offices located in San Diego, Los Angeles, or Seattle.

 

Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Active Bar membership in either California or Washington state. 2+ years of substantive litigation experience. Federal clerkship experience is preferred. Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Represent national and international manufacturers in high-stakes litigation involving flagship consumer brands and aviation products. Provide legal services on critical, company-defining matters in the product liability and mass torts space. Collaborate with a team of more than 70 attorneys across multiple offices on complex legal matters. Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and preparing for trial.

The firm provides a competitive compensation package, with salaries ranging from $235,000 to $365,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
