Beacon Hill Legal is immediately seeking an experienced Products Liability Paralegal for a wonderful law firm client located in Raleigh, NC.

Applicants must have the following experience:

4+ years of experience providing legal support for a products liability defense and professional negligence group.Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-taskBackground working in medical malpractice/insurance defenseIndexing/Summarizing medical recordsMonitoring and deadlinesCase ManagementDrafting of legal documents including pleadings and discoveryTrial PreparationProficient with MS Office Suite, iManageE-Filing for Federal courtSchedulingExcellent communication skills to correspond with attorneys and clientsTeam player attitude

Ability to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
