Product Lifecycle Manager

What does a successful Product Lifecycle Manager do at Fiserv?

You will oversee the entire lifecycle of Fiserv network products used internally, as well as those delivered to customers externally. This includes product conception through development, launch, growth, maturity, and eventual renewal and retirement. This position requires a strategic visionary with a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements. You'll lead cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet and exceed internal and external market demands and achieve or exceed business objectives.

What you will do:

Oversee the product lifecycle of Fiserv network products and technologiesEstablish and monitor key performance indicators to measure technology effectivenessDesign and implement multi-year technology planning and policiesDrive strategies for technology debt management, data hygiene, and device hygieneCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectivesInfluence stakeholders to adopt best practices in technology lifecycle managementKeep abreast of technological advancements to inform strategic planning

What you will need to have:

10+ years of experience in technology management or related leadership rolesExperience managing data taxonomies and compliance frameworksExperience in technology debt management and data governanceExperience with developing and monitoring key performance indicatorsCurrent Fiserv platform experienceBachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience

Advanced degree or certification in technologyExperience with network products and technologies in a financial services environment
