Partners with senior managers and executives in developing financial plans and ensuring operational and programmatic financial commitments are rooted in sound assumptions. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Responsible for P&L and balance sheet for business area(s). + Lead Program Finance, including oversight for EAC development and relevant customer deliverables. + Develop and implement operating procedures aligned with the strategic business and financial objectives of the organization. + Provide management oversight for program cost, schedule, earned value and risk. + Provide business insight to non-finance managers. + Responsible for FP&A financial forecast, including annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts. + Formulate strategies with business area leaders. + Serve as cross-functional liaison for product line and supporting functional departments. + Provide proposal support. + Support capital and cash management at programmatic and portfolio levels. + Manage staff, recruitment, and retention. Must have experience in a commercial or government contractor environment.
