About the Role:

The Product Line Manager will be responsible for growing a portfolio of products within the banking-as-a-service division. The evolving portfolio includes Prepaid Products for financial institutions and Sponsorship of Wallets, ACH, Wires, Checks, and Prepaid Cards. This role will drive strategy, commercialization, execution, and performance.

What You Will Do:

Be the undisputed expert and thought leader for each respective product. Own the overall product strategy, communicated through the product roadmap. Partner with cross functional teams for tactical execution of the product strategy. Own product performance across all aspects of the product line (onboarding, compliance, oversight, etc.). Deliver commercialized and scalable products. Drive revenue by developing new products and functionality. Expand use cases for of existing products. Collaborate with partners and partner-facing teams to understand needs and develop corresponding solutions. Own, drive, and report on product KPIs and KRIs. Advocate for initiatives that impact these. Partner with internal areas to perform market research and discovery. Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical implementations. Drive the go-to-market strategy for new products and enhancements, working with various internal departments to execute. Own product specific risks and associated controls. Manage product P/L. Support forecasting and annual budget planning. Develop industry expertise by attending industry events, consuming industry research, and analyzing the competitive landscape. Own strategic relationships with key third party partners. Recommend new relationships as needed. Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience required. 5-8 years of related experience and/or training required. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required. Ability to implement concepts, ideas and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment desired. Prior industry experience with prepaid and/or deposit products preferred.

Salary range:  $69,098.54 – $127,614.10

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
