Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Product Line Manager to lead Product Design, Management, and growth for the First Aid offering. Responsibilities include serving as a liaison to key suppliers; collecting and analyzing data within the marketplace; developing new products; prototyping new product concepts; testing new material for product and quality improvement; and evaluating customer feedback to recommend changes that improve the overall customer experience. The position is also responsible for assisting with driving new product expansion and deeper penetration with existing customers; long range planning of divisional goals and follow up communication on these goals; providing leadership and training to the field operations as it pertains to the growth of the First Aid offering; and assisting with the development of new processes for the service and sales departments.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

MInimum 2 years' customer service or sales experience High school diploma/GED Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and intranet/internet

 

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree Minimum 5 years Product Management and/or Design experience
