Product Line Manager II, ACG Footwear
ACG means All Conditions Gear. The Nike ACG/Running team creates innovative and irreverent footwear to tame any terrain, while inspiring communities around the world to be themselves in the great outdoors. **WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH** As a Product Line Manager II, you will partner with design (product, color, graphic and material), development, merchandising, innovation, sales, Sports and Brand marketing as well as your counterparts on the ACG, Running, and broader footwear team. You will also work closely with our professional athlete roster and key account partners. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** The ideal candidate is someone who’s able to interpret consumer and market insights and translate that into strong product briefs and line plans, as well as provide leadership through key product deliverables. You will demonstrate an ability to partner with key cross-functional teammates (internal and external) and put the needs of the athlete* at the center of everything you do. The candidate should be a phenomenal communicator (written and verbal), obsesses the details, and always wants to win as a team. + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training + A minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience + experience in retail, sales, product, merchandising, sport, music, art, trend, fashion, media or influence-related industries + Creativity and a strong passion for product + Proficient information-seeking skills and a drive for results + Passion for sport or the outdoors + Outstanding attention to details and deadlines + Strong organizational skills + Ability to tell compelling stories + Can cultivate and maintain positive relationships with Product Creation teams, Global merchants, Brand team and other key partners + Travel up to 10%, domestically and internationally **WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON** In this role, you will join the larger ACG/Running Footwear team, where we know we’re better together and strive to create a culture of inclusion, trust and belonging.
