Senior Director, Ecosystem Partner Alliance Management

As the Senior Director for Foundry, IP and EDA Ecosystem Partnerships, you’ll be responsible for defining and executing ecosystem go-to-market strategy, programs, and campaigns with leading Foundry, IP and third-party EDA providers to maximize the solution value for customers. As a valued member of the product management and markets team (PMG), you will establish and nurture partner relations and drive strategic partner initiatives working closely with the leadership team, broader product management and outbound marketing teams, sales and field account teams, and business development teams. The position requires a seasoned marketer with deep professional experience developing and driving go-to-market and ecosystem partner strategies.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Drive ecosystem strategy including identifying and crafting market relevant, high-value initiatives to meet strategic objectives
Formulate and mobilize partnerships that deliver innovative and transformative programs
Build trust-based relationships across the partner organization in support of ideating new ways of working and raising Synopsys’ profile as a preferred partner
Create effective marketing materials for inbound and outbound to support ecosystem campaigns
Serve as ecosystem strategy expert, creating and delivering presentations and communications both internally and externally to influence and enhance our position
Job qualifications:
15+ years of relevant EDA/semiconductor product management and marketing experience; BS/MS, MBA preferred
Deep expertise in understanding of Silicon to Systems ecosystem, and expertise with IP, Foundry and EDA industry offerings
Highly motivated with a passion for innovation and developing effective partnership models
An innovative energetic leader capable of negotiation and management by influence
High degree of initiative and responsiveness – capable of working independently or in collaboration
Exceptional ability to drive and achieve results through self and others under time pressure
Excellent presentation, communications, and interpersonal skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically creating eye-catching PowerPoint presentations
