What You’ll Be Doing:Defining products that result in sustainable growth through the creation of strategic business plans, MRDs, financial models, pricing, product positioning, and application-focused roadmaps.Analyzing business and market trends, competitive landscapes, and SWOT analysis to identify strategic opportunities.Leading core teams to drive overall product direction, including P&L, forecasting, and business operations.Creating sales tools such as level 1 presentations, sales channel communication, trainings, and competitive cheat sheets.Managing business aspects of customer engagements, including custom quotes, value statements, and tracking commitments.Driving demand for IP products through product rollout and promotional initiatives at industry events.The Impact You Will Have:Shape the strategic direction of PCI-Express, Ethernet, and Multi-Die Solution product lines to achieve business objectives.Influence key market trends and competitive positioning through insightful analysis and strategic planning.Enhance product visibility and market penetration through compelling marketing programs and collateral.Foster strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners to drive business growth.Streamline product management processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.Contribute to Synopsys' reputation as a leader in high-performance silicon chip and software content innovation.What You’ll Need:BS EE with 10+ years of relevant experience or MS EE with 8+ years of relevant experience. Rewards and Benefits:We offer a comprehensive range of health, wellness, and financial benefits to cater to your needs. Our total rewards include both monetary and non-monetary offerings. The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $188,000-$282,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Synopsys offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a of a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
