Position:Product Management Director, SSG
Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

Develop and execute inventory management strategies to achieve financial and operational goals, including SMI reduction, inventory turns, and profitability metrics.

Establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships to support negotiations, favorable inventory arrangements, and profitable growth.

Lead and guide the product management, pricing, and asset management teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve established goals.

Oversee the development and execution of the business unit's global inventory and financial plans, including product lifecycle management and new technology adoption.

Continuously analyze risks and opportunities from emerging markets, supply constraints, and channel trends to seize opportunities and mitigate challenges.

Provide strategic guidance on quote strategies, pricing, and market competitiveness, while supporting regional teams with execution and escalations.

Sustain reporting and insights on market cycles, lead-times, and the competitive landscape to inform business decisions.

What We Are Looking For:

Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 12 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.

Work Arrangement:

Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$143,400.00 - $298,577.40

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company’s request and sole discretion.
