Product Management Director | Hybrid

Define and lead initiative level readiness and change management function and product portfolio management to ensure end-to-end coordination for initiatives. Partner with the Program manager and AVP, Readiness & Transformation to direct and lead all aspects of change management for the strategic initiatives. You will report to the AVP Product Readiness and Transformation.

 

You will have background in:

 

Readiness assessment:  Lead end-to-end readiness capability across Operations, Distribution, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Reporting and other areas Leads to support major initiatives and programs. Manage the alignment of all functional areas to program goals, activities and deadlines. Conduct stakeholder and organizational readiness assessments to determine gaps in capabilities, resources and alignment. Collaborate with cross functional teams to evaluate business processes, system capabilities and training needs. Readiness planning and execution: Develop comprehensive readiness plans, including milestones, resource allocation and timelines. Coordinate training programs, pilots and simulation activities to validate organizational readiness. Stakeholder management: Build relationships across all levels of leadership to drive visibility, accountability and resolution of barriers. Lead readiness facilitation to help execute the end-to-end readiness activities, and ensure the process to approve the functional milestones are in place before capabilities are deployed into the marketplace. Risk identification and mitigation: Identify risks related to organizational readiness and create and drive mitigation strategies. Ensure issues are promptly escalated and resolved. Monitoring and reporting: Track readiness metrics, report progress to senior leadership and adjust plans as necessary to meet program goals. Provide timely reports to ensure program timelines remain on track. Dependency Management: Identify and manage dependencies between products, capabilities, and implementations within the Retirement Solutions Platform (RSP). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address dependencies and optimize resource utilization for product and capability implementations. Identify collision points between products and facilitate resolution through and collaboration. Cultivate a culture of collaboration to address conflicts and ensure the smooth execution of initiatives across the RSP Cross functional collaboration: Work with teams including RSP, Pi, tech, Digital and operations to guide the successful execution of projects on the Retirement Solutions Platform. Foster a collaborative environment where teams work together seamlessly to achieve collective goals and deliver value to customers. Facilitate regular meetings and communication channels to ensure agreement and transparency across teams and partners

 

What you bring:

 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 10+ years' experience in product/portfolio management with a minimum of 8+ years' progressive leadership experience
