Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Management Director to join our team. You will drive the development and success of our products by collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with our business goals. This role requires end-to-end product management, from initializing concepts to testing, implementation, and scaling. The products you will manage are B2B-focused and primarily data and analytics solutions. You will report to the Vice President, Product.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with our goalsDefine and prioritize product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, taking on responsibilities typical of a Product Owner to ensure development aligns with strategic goalsCollaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to launch productsConduct market research and customer feedback sessions to identify user needs and market opportunities, with a focus on data and analytics products for B2B customersCreate and maintain a product roadmap that balances strategic initiatives with customer demandsMonitor product performance through key metrics and analytics to ensure continuous improvementBe the primary contact for product-related inquiries and decisionsManage the product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyondTake full ownership of the product's P&L, ensuring financial goals are met or exceededManage a team of up to two direct reports

Qualifications10+ years experience as a Product Manager in Financial ServicesStrong understanding of product management principles, Agile methodologies, and the unique challenges of B2B product management, including stakeholder management, enterprise customer needs, P&L management to drive financial success, and the skills of a Product Owner to manage backlogsFamiliarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or other product management software, and CRM tools and analytics platforms relevant to B2B productsA bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus)Experience building data-oriented productsBackground in B2B product development and managementKnowledge of financial services is necessary, and experience in subprime markets is a significant plus
