Product Management Director - Affluent Growth

As a Vice President on the Affluent Banking General Management team, you will be responsible for driving growth within our affluent business, focusing on leads, assignments, cross-channel journeys, and wealth management deepening. Your strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative approach will be key in accelerating growth and enhancing client relationships.

Job Responsibilities

Optimize the affluent leads strategy across sales channels to drive growth for CPC and JPMPC, in partnership with sales strategy and data & analytics leads in each channel Inform the client assignment strategy across sales channels to ensure a seamless client/banker experience and deepen relationships, collaborating with sales strategy and data & analytics leads  Drive cross-channel journey discussions to reduce friction and guide clients to channels that best meet their needs Identify opportunities to accelerate wealth management deepening in partnership with Wealth Management and sales channel partners Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client and banker experiences that drive growth Monitor and assess the impact of growth initiatives on business performance Lead ad hoc strategic initiatives to drive growth and deliver seamless banker and client experience across products, sales channels and line of businesses as needed

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in product or sales strategy within the financial services industry Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies in a retail banking environment Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills Ability to effectively problem-solve in partnership with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making with strong thought leadership and relationship management skills Ability to navigate ambiguity, deliver results in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing conditions

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

MBA degree preferred Experience in leading cross-functional teams Strong leadership and mentoring skills
