Product Management Director - Human Resources Transformation and Product Organization
**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a HR Product Director, Core Human Capital Management (HCM) to join our Human Resources (HR) Transformation and Product Organization. This critical role leads the product grouping of Core HR, Payroll, Time & Absence, and Document Management within HR. In this role, you will leverage your deep Product Management skill set to define and drive a strategy and product vision for these transformative capabilities. In this role, you will: + Manage and develop specialized teams of product owners and product analysts focused on the delivery of Core HCM capabilities + Analyze employee and product information to ensure the highest leverage activities are being delivered + Perform market research related to development and testing of emerging capabilities and products + Collaborate with other Product Directors across HR to ensure an integrated roadmap and delivery of foundational capabilities + Operate with a risk management mindset to ensure an effective control environment + Manage companywide efforts to align and coordinate systems requirements, product introduction, process re-engineering, end-user training, and ongoing product and service management + Lead matrix teams by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex, unique, and critical product line issues to meet deliverables + Collaborate with and influence stakeholders, subject matter experts, program managers, and experienced leaders + Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy **Required Qualifications:** + 8+ years of Product Management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education + 4+ years of management or leadership experience **Desired Qualifications:** + Workday and Service Now Experience + Experience in product development and product management + Strong relationship management and proven leadership skills with solid conflict management and negotiation skills + Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategies that drive revenue growth, improve customer experiences, and deliver measurable business results. + Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. + Excellent leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and drive organizational change. + Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes. + Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling executive-level presentations, tell stories that engage stakeholders, and convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. **Job Expectations:** + This position offers a hybrid work schedule + This position does not offer Visa sponsorship **Location:** + Minneapolis, MN **Pay Range** Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
