Responsibilities: Identify, research, and prioritize opportunities to optimize product performance to achieve revenue/profitability goals, reduce costs, and increase customer engagementDevelop business/functional requirements, platform interactions, success criteria and project phasing in conjunction with internal stakeholdersCustomer-centric thinker, who can gather and analyze data to make product recommendations for business cases, understands how customers use our products, and identifies creative ways to test ideasUnderstanding of key priorities and ability to meet deadlinesShare verbally and in writing how new features work Qualifications: Business management, product, or payments experience and/or enrolled in BA/BS equivalent is preferredeCommerce knowledgeStrong collaborations skills with the ability to effectively work cross-organizationallyAbility to recognize when to reach out and clarify business requirementsCommunicates clearlyConsistently meets deadlinesCuriosity and creativity that leads to understanding a problem that needs to be solvedSelf-Starter who is adept at managing through chaos to reach a goalEnjoys a fast-paced learning environmentStrong English writing skillsStrong competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and LucidChart Benefits:

Salary: $25.00/hr to $30.00/hr

 

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Blackhawk Network offers benefits including 401k with employer match, medical, dental, vision, 12 paid holidays in the year 2025, 1 hour of sick pay accrual for every 30 hours worked, parental leave, life insurance, disability insurance, accident and illness insurance, health and dependent care flexible spending accounts, wellness benefits, and flexible time off for all full-time employees.
