Job Description:

The Product Management Manager will drive the strategic direction, roadmap, and market penetration of the company’s digital products. The successful candidate will be a thought leader driving the product roadmap, and a tremendous team player that builds connections across the organization. The Product Management Manager will not only help set a vision, but also collaborate with others to realize that vision within a global team. This is a key leadership role with a desire to mentor and develop a team of Product Manager’s and accelerating the market fit solutions and causal outcomes of a key strategic area for the company. The successful candidate will have strong frameworks to empower a team, train them to operate with high autonomy, and hit goals and deliverables within time constraints. This is a strategic and executional role, responsible for guiding stakeholders to obtain buy-in through critical decisions. 

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for staffing, coaching, and developing a strong product management team.Evaluate the product management team’s priorities and roadmaps to gauge causality of work to strategic goalsOwnership of objective for which multiple sprint teams are workingAccountable for outcomes and results across all sprint teams working to your objectiveResponsible for collaborating with the business on prioritization for a department of product lines to drive efficiencies across teamReview and harden numerous roadmaps through alignment with your objectiveDevelop product strategy hypothesis and interpretations of data to gauge the success of developed functionalityUse data to seek net-new growth opportunities for your objectiveCollaborate with the business to identify new Features and Epics that solve business needReview breakdown of Epics and Features into User Stories and Acceptance Criteria by which a functional deliverable is considered complete across the front-end, back-end, and databasing layersReview go-to market plans, working with Marketing, Training, Sales, and Operations to ensure successful market adoptionSign-off on Product acceptance of business value prior to launch

Required Qualifications & Characteristics

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related field of study, or equivalent experience, required.Master’s degree in related field highly desirable.Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or leading product development.Ability to create and execute product strategies and strategic vision.Ability to lead initiatives and establish production goals across various teams.Proven track record of coaching and developing other people.Knowledge of Agile Development MethodologiesHigh level of attention to detail, quality, and effective verbal and written communication skills along with excellent follow-through.

Candidates based in California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York or Washington:

The Compensation range for this role is 105,711.30 - 211,422.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
