Product Management Manager

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible to deliver competitive, innovative, and profitable new product development to fulfill the needs of all channels and business partners that supports sales and revenue. Focusing on the establishment of comprehensive product analysis and products value enhancement to win business opportunities.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsible to deliver product development pipeline. Responsible to delivering comprehensive product analysis in order to ensure product perform at best. Understand customer behaviour through series of qualitative or quantitative analysis and define the right customer/market segmentation classification for product which include work closely with CX and CVM Work with relationship management, business development and business partners to define product proposition strategy to win the business. Ensure product development and management process is comply both regulatory and internal procedure. Review product performance based on profitability metrics and performed improvement actions to continue/close/revamp products sales. Monitoring and tracking performance of the products and providing the feedback to stakeholders and business partners to ensure the sales number of the existing or new product meet the sales target. Develop relationships with third parties such as Third Party Administrator, Service Vendors and potential partners, exploring opportunity with affinity business partners, coordinating with regional office and head office, vendors, and other supporting unit & divisions to develop product value proposition & benefit. To lead subordinate to deliver expected results with positive attitude
 

Formal Education :

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from relevant business qualification

Working Experience :
• More than 5-7 years relevant experience preferable in financial industry
• Marketing experience in financial industry preferably from multi -national company
• Minimum 5 years product development / process development / marketing experience
and/or business intelligence in financial services
