Product Management - Manager
**Position Overview** PNC is actively pursuing several AI as a way to automate numerous manual processes. As part of these effort we need to stand up a proper product team and leadership to engage both business and tech partners and ensure that requirements are captured and the work is being executed effectively. As a Product Management Manager within PNC's C&IB Business Technology Servicing organization, you will be based in Florida, Ohio, Texas, Pennsylvania, or other PNC hub locations. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion. PNC is leading the charge to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automate and streamline several manual processes. As part of this transformation, we are building a dedicated AI Product team to collaborate closely with both business and technology stakeholders, ensuring that AI initiatives are well-defined, executed effectively, and aligned with business goals. As an AI Product Management Manager within PNC’s C&IB Business Technology Servicing organization, you will play a key role in driving AI product strategy, guiding cross-functional teams, and overseeing the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions. Manages progress to ensure initiatives are completed on time and within budget and meet strategic goals. • Lead the full AI product lifecycle, from ideation and requirement gathering to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, integration with technology teams, and iterative improvement. • Drive the development of AI product roadmaps and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, collaborating with stakeholders to define clear product requirements and balancing customer needs with technical feasibility. • Oversee the execution of AI initiatives, leveraging data analytics to optimize solutions, measure impact, and ensure timely delivery, while staying updated on AI advancements to continuously improve PNC's AI offerings. • Influences product and customer experience trends by monitoring competitors or peer organizations to stay abreast of emerging product and technology trends in the industry. Leads a team responsible for translating innovative concepts or designs into new or improved products, product lines or experiences. Recognizes, anticipates and resolves operational and process problems that arise. Presents initiatives to gain management buy-in. • Evaluates potential product development or experience projects for feasibility and value and ensures successful outcomes from key stakeholders including sales, marketing, digital channel delivery, and other internal service partners. Participates in client-facing and external stakeholder activities throughout the product lifecycle. Adheres to company-defined risk appetite as part of the first line of defense. Evaluates product for risk management, compliance and audit requirements. • Manages, motivates and develops the performance of the Product Development Management team and key contributors including managing the performance evaluation process.
