Product Management - Senior (Business Side)
Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Product Management Senior in the Investment Advisory industry. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, this role is crucial for the management and growth of our cash products. Responsibilities: • Execute and spearhead initiatives that support the expansion of our cash products, while ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards. • Oversee all aspects of product sales campaign execution, collaborating closely with product managers and marketing managers. • Develop, edit, and manage communications and materials for clients, maintaining clarity, accuracy, and consistent branding. • Work closely with team leaders, product managers, compliance, legal, and marketing teams to ensure effective execution of initiatives. • Oversee project trackers and provide status updates to ensure information availability and support project execution. • Maintain a communications library, managing content for quality, consistency, and regular content reviews. • Stay updated on industry product trends and competitor activities. • Provide effective leadership within a collaborative, detail-oriented organization, influencing stakeholders to successfully execute projects and initiatives. Requirements • Exceptional communication and effective communication skills to convey complex financial concepts to diverse audiences • Proficiency in marketing strategies, competitor analysis, and stakeholder management to drive product visibility and adoption • Understanding of compliance regulations within the investment advisory industry • Experience with materials handling and quality assurance to maintain high standards in product delivery • Familiarity with cash activity management and bank deposit procedures • Strong project management skills, including project planning, setting milestones, and providing status updates • Proficiency in using time management tools such as 'About Time' • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide team members • Experience in managing and updating company websites and digital libraries • Ability to engage with partners and stakeholders at all levels and execute collaborative projects • Knowledge of various product management frameworks and the ability to adapt as per project requirements • Experience in editing financial documents and reports • Proficiency in using trackers to monitor project progress and team performance.
