At Amazon, we’re working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. To help us get there, we need a Product Manager - Tech for the Global Payroll and Procurement Products team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end user experience of our products, making sure we delight customers. You oversee customer engagement, CX design, product messaging, marketing strategy, and more.
You will own building the right mechanisms to measure user sentiment and experience through in-product ongoing feedback loops, defining and continuously refining the right user experience (UX) based on customer feedback, developing learning materials and micro trainings that will be available in-product, and deploying self-service product help and support through LLM.
Key job responsibilities
• Own end-to-end user experience, including CX design, product messaging, and marketing strategy for products
• Implement and manage user feedback mechanisms, continuously refine UX, and develop in-product learning materials and self-service support
• Define product strategy, execute roadmap, and align development with business goals while collaborating across functions
• Lead customer engagement, measure user sentiment, and ensure products meet the needs of 1.5 million Amazonian users
• Drive innovation, stay current with industry trends, and mentor team members while fostering a customer-centric culture
